Meet the Founder
My name is Sadie Jankowski, and I am the founder of this organization. My passion for working dogs, public safety, and serving my community has led me to dedicate my career to the health, training, and well-being of dogs.
I have been the sole proprietor of Sadie’s Paw and Order Dog Training Services since 2018, where I work as a certified dog trainer and animal behaviorist. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of helping dogs and their handlers build stronger, safer, and more successful partnerships through education, behavior modification, and professional training.
Prior to opening my training business, I spent six years working in Veterinary Medicine, gaining extensive experience in animal health, emergency care, and preventive medicine. In addition, I proudly serve as a licensed First Responder with Laona Rescue, further strengthening my commitment to protecting both people and animals during times of crisis.
My combined experience in canine behavior, dog training, veterinary medicine, and emergency response has given me a deep appreciation for the incredible work performed by law enforcement K9 teams. This nonprofit was founded from that passion—to support Wisconsin’s police K9 units, help agencies overcome financial barriers, and ensure these remarkable working dogs receive the equipment, medical care, training, and retirement support they deserve.
I believe that every K9 officer is more than a working dog—they are a dedicated partner, protector, and valued member of their department and community. It is my honor to advocate for them and help provide the resources they need to continue serving safely and successfully.
